Love Island beauty Kendall Rae Knight was flaunting the results of her secret nose job on Friday, as she sported a skimpy black crop heading to the salon in St Anne’s.

The stunning reality TV beauty, 26, flashed her washboard abs in a casual ensemble as she spent five hours having her hair transformed at the salon in Lytham.

Kendall revealed to fans in November that she underwent a secret nose job, and defended her decision to fans by saying she had been planning to procedure since she was 16.

Showing off her trim physique, Kendall looked sensational as she sported skintight black leggings with the top that flashed her taut midriff.

The former shoe shop assistant finished her look with a black leather bomber jacket, matching handbag and white trainers, with her newly style tresses in effortless waves.

Despite her new nose, Kendall was showing off her beautifully pretty complexion with barely a scrap of makeup, still looking amazing as she exited the salon.

In a post to Instagram, Kendall defended the decision to her followers, saying it was a procedure she has wanted to get done since her teens.

She wrote: ‘I would like to say I did this for personal reasons only as I haven’t been happy with my nose for many years now, along with the fact I struggled to breath through my left nostril so decided to go ahead with the procedure.

‘This is not a decision I made lightly or quickly and want to stress I’m not trying to glamourise cosmetic surgery as I have never had any form of surgery before.’
